As is the case with our pillow block bearings and ball bearings, our roller chain & sprocket parts are chain & sprocket tested prior to shipment to insure quality. The roller chain & sprocket parts and roller chain & sprockets we supply are pre-stretched to insure you have limited sag. It also comes with solid rollers, ensuring that it is of the highest quality.H80P15 sprocket is a durable, high quality, and precision sprocket with 15 hardened teeth that is manufactured to accept a P1 bushing. Sprockets that have hardened teeth last longer and are much more durable than those that don’t. Something else that is notable about this sprocket is that it fully meets all ANSI Standards, which insures proper contact between the #80 roller chain & sprocket and sprocket which prevents premature wear or breakage. This sprocket is also black oxide coated which increases resistance to the environment and will prevent early rust build up. H80P15 sprockets are bored to accept a P1 type taper bushing, which we also stock with a wide range of bore sizes.
