This application is using the CVSPA EPT unit, which features a dual plastic chain. The plastic chain is beneficial because it minimizes damage to work pieces, and allows the user to replace individual links as necessary.Explanation of pictured application:A plastic chain conveyor is used to move plastic containers into product loading position to allow the transfer of press formed products into the plastic containers. Plastic containers are advanced to the next process when the containers are loaded to full capacity.

SVKAs are available in lengths from 300 – 3,000mm and with either a constant or variable speed motor.Explanation of pictured application:Welded and inspected products are placed on fixtures and transferred on a dual track conveyor. Products that pass inspection are blown and vacuumed for static charge elimination. Products rejected by inspection are moved to a Flat Belt EPT by a robot and transferred as Rejects.
