Rack Assembly

To assemble connected racks more smoothly, two ends of a standard rack would add half a tooth, which is convenient for the next rack to be connected. The tooth gauge can control the pitch position accurately. Helical racks can be connected accurately by the opposite tooth gauge. When connecting racks, it is recommended to lock bores on the sides of the rack first, followed by the sequence of the foundation. By assembling the tooth gauge, the pitch position of racks can be assembled accurately and completely. Finally, lock the position pins on both sides of the rack to complete the assembly.

Use Coordinate Measuring Machine to test the precision and hardness of the gear rack and pinion.
