Product Description

The engineering plastic PA66 gear, also known as monomer casting nylon (MC nylon), is a versatile material used in various industries. It is formed by melting caprolactam monomer and pouring it into molds under atmospheric pressure. MC nylon has a higher molecular weight compared to other nylon materials, resulting in superior mechanical properties, such as wear-resistance, corrosion-resistance, self-lubrication, vibration-absorption, and noise-absorption.

Guangzhou Engineering Plastics Industries Company has been dedicated to developing the technology of MC nylon modification, expanding its applications in different industries. By adding various additives such as lubricant, molybdenum disulfide, graphite glass fiber, and carbon fiber, the properties of MC nylon can be further improved. Oil nylon (green) is a lubricating nylon developed by Guangzhou Engineering Plastics Industries Company.
