The Involute Machine Drive Transmission Reduction Cylindrical Precision Helical Cog Wheel Bevel Gear is a custom-machined gear manufactured using CNC machining, CNC milling, and CNC lathe machining processes. It can be made from various materials such as steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper, aluminum, nylon, PA66, ABS, PP, PC, PE, POM, PVC, PU, TPR, TPE, TPU, PA, PET, HDPE, PMMA, and more. The gear meets ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality control standards, ensuring high-quality performance. It has a dimension bore tolerance of -/+0.01mm and adheres to AGMA, JIS, and DIN quality standards.

The gear can undergo various surface treatments, including blackening, plating, anodizing, and hard anodizing, to enhance its appearance and corrosion resistance. It has a gear hardness range of 30 to 60 H.R.C and can be customized in terms of size and color according to customer drawings. The gear’s surface can be polished or matte, painted, textured, vacuum aluminized, and can even feature stamped logos. The dimensions tolerance of the gear is ±0.01mm or more precise.

Samples of the gear can be provided for confirmation, with the shipping cost paid by customers. The gear is packaged carefully in clear plastic bags inside cartons or wooden pallets, or any other special packaging as per customer requirements.
