Product Description
The Miter Differential Gear is manufactured through various processes such as CNC machining, CNC milling, and CNC lathe machining. It can be made from different materials including stainless steel, steel, brass, bronze, iron, aluminum, carbon steel, and nylon. The gear has a hardness of HRC50~55 and undergoes quality control according to ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards. The dimensions and colors of the gears are customizable, and the gear can undergo surface treatment such as black oxide, zinc-plating, nickel-plating, tin-plating, chrome plating, passivation, sandblast and anodize, chromate, polish, electro painting, black anodize, plain, H.D.G, etc. The gear has a tolerance of ±0.01mm or more precise.
