Rack Assembly:
To assemble connected racks more smoothly, two ends of a standard rack would add half a tooth, making it convenient for the next rack to be connected to a complete tooth. The pitch position can be controlled accurately using tooth gauge. Helical racks can be accurately connected using opposite tooth gauge.
Installation and Maintenance:
1. When connecting racks, it is recommended to lock bores on the sides of the rack first, following the sequence of the foundation. Assemble the tooth gauge to ensure accurate and complete pitch position assembly.
2. Finally, lock the position pins on both sides of the rack to complete the assembly.
Product Packaging and Shipping:
For small quantities, we use carton boxes. For larger quantities, wooden cases are used for packaging.
