It can be made from various materials such as steel, stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper, aluminum, nylon, and more. The gear hardness ranges from 30 to 60 H.R.C, ensuring its durability.
The dimensions and colors of the gears and parts can be customized according to customer drawings. It can be treated with surface finishes like blackening, plating, anodizing, and hard anodizing. The dimensional bore tolerances are kept at ±0.01mm or more precise.
